Course Objectives

• Theory Components: Designed to meet the theory components of the Care Certificate standard, which employers use towards issuing the Care Certificate to employees.
• Workplace Competency Units: Upon completion, you will need to undertake workplace competency units, after which your employer can issue your Care Certificate.

• Video Content: Watch a series of instructional videos, answer knowledge review questions, and take a short completion test.
